I find it really helpful to use these trackers to list ideas for my stories. As others have continued to ask I'm happy to share in the hope that they continue to help you too! Enjoy!

Hello there! I'm in the mood to be thinking about December and as part of my preparations I've created this printable to list my events happening in December. I usually do this to assist me in planning my December Daily foundation pages. I thought I'd post it here for you to use too if you'd like! Enjoy!
Welcome to a new year everyone! I hope that 2019 has kicked off well for you and your family. There's been some chilled out holiday and some birthday celebrations for us before my husband landed himself in hospital for a week. He's home again now and we wait to find out where to next. Anyhoo, after sharing my 2019 Memory Keeping Tracker on instagram there have been some requests for generic planners for people who are working on past years and also working on monthly albums. I'm linking here to my weekly trackers for 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 for you. My Project Life Type A planner template is here. And just below here, I am attaching generic monthly and weekly memory keeping trackers. Enjoy!
Merry December everyone! Yep, it's been mighty quiet around here I know. Most of my memory keeping sharing now happens over on instagram here but today I've got something to share with you. Part of me feeling on track with my Project Life for the last few years has included my memory keeping tracker. I've updated it ready to go for 2019. There are two versions. One with labelled tick boxes and one without. Feel free to print them off and enjoy them for your own personal use. I'd love you to tag me if you end up using them! I use these trackers in conjunction with my Project Life planner which can be downloaded a few posts before before this one. :) I might see you over on insta, or who knows, perhaps I'll post more here in 2019! ;)
Hi everyone! It's a new year and for me, that means getting organised to help me for the next 365 days! One way that I have kept on top of things (mostly!) this year has been through using my tracker. I have this and my page planners on a clipboard which makes it easy to see where I'm up to. I've created a tracker for me again this year which I am sharing for your personal use. You can download the file below.
I share most of my memory keeping projects over at instagram as @beckholdermemorykeeping
I'd love to see you over there! xx I recently shared the above photo on instagram and had several people ask me where I found the template. It's just one that I put together to heklp me in planning my layouts. Because I print off site, I often plan out my layouts and so knowing what will go where helps me when working on pages weeks later than they happened (and sometimes years later but that's ok!). It also means that I don't print photos that I don't need which saves a little money too. So here's the document. I stick to Type A page protectors. When I add an insert I hand draw that on the planner page or I pop it on top on a post it note. It works well.

It's a new year and for me that gets me excited about establishing routines and ways that I can keep organised for the year ahead. Last year I did so very little Project Life. While I am not freaked out about keeping up or having so much to do, it does make me a little sad that I wasn't able to make time for myself to do this hobby that I love and so value. I'm committed this year to making time for me and also to working backwards to getting our stories told. I've realised that the years where I managed to stay on top of things, I planned my pages. This helps me to not print photos that don't get used, to know that every pocket is filled and where my journaling cards will go. It also means for me that when the photos are in my hand (I usually print my photos at the shops) that I know exactly where they need to go when I'm home. Occassionally I print my photos at home, and when I do so I find that I don't need to plan my layouts, but when I need to chose photos to print off site I find that planning my layouts works best for me. Another way that I have simplified my process this year is by pre-filling my entire album with the weekly card and 3x4 cards. I stamp the dates and write the week number on a 4x6 card and love the consistency of this throughout my albums since 2013. I have added the 3x4 cards with a mix of journal and graphic cards. I am well prepared to change them as needed, but it's a good start for me and already I find that I am going to my album during the week to write directly onto a card. It's been so great. The kits I am using this year come from my stash. I am committed to using what I have and also to sharing my stash and my love of Project Life! There will be LOTS of Coral kit with a little Happy and Better Together edition thrown in. In order to keep up and to work backwards, I have created a Memory Keeping Tracker that you can see below. I have created one for 2015, 2016 and 2017 as these are my albums that need attention is small and super big ways! Beneath this photo there is a link that you can click on which should allow you to download my Memory Keeper Tracker. Free for your personal use! I'd love to know if you've downloaded it and if you've found it helpful by leaving a comment below or tagging me on my instagram @beckholdermemorykeeping where I share all things Memory Keeping!
*** file updated 14/1/17 for end of 2016 *** I hope that you find some ideas or help from this share! Happy Memory Keeping to you!
